About AdPul
AdPul operates an online advertising platform that connects advertisers with publishers through automated advertising technology. Our Services allow advertisers to create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns while enabling publishers to monetize their digital properties.
AdPul may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or platform improvements.

If you register on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Services for Advertisers
Advertisers may create advertising campaigns using the AdPul platform. Campaign performance depends on numerous factors, including bidding strategy, audience targeting, available inventory, creative quality, competition, and technical conditions.
Although AdPul continuously optimizes campaign delivery, we do not guarantee any specific number of impressions, clicks, conversions, sales, placements, or return on investment.
Advertisers remain solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, ownership, and quality of all advertisements, landing pages, tracking URLs, creatives, and promotional materials submitted through the platform.
Services for Publishers
Publishers may monetize eligible websites, applications, or digital properties by displaying advertisements delivered through AdPul.
Publishers are responsible for ensuring that their properties comply with applicable laws and these Terms. Websites containing illegal content, malicious software, deceptive practices, copyright infringement, excessive automated traffic, or fraudulent behavior may be rejected or removed from the platform without prior notice.
Revenue reporting is based solely on AdPul’s measurement systems, which shall serve as the official source for billing and payment calculations.
Payments and Billing
Advertisers are generally required to pre-fund their accounts before campaigns begin delivering traffic unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Publishers are paid according to the applicable payment schedule and minimum payout thresholds available within their dashboard.
AdPul may delay, adjust, reverse, or withhold payments where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, chargebacks, invalid traffic, payment disputes, technical errors, or legal compliance requirements.
Users remain responsible for any taxes, banking fees, currency conversion charges, or other financial obligations applicable in their jurisdiction.
